Good Prank: *72, Target, And A Friend
*72 forwards landline telephone numbers to any number you want. Just *72; wait for dialtone; dial phone number to be forwarded to.
Last night my friend was in Target. The operators desk is right beside the changing rooms. There was no one manning the desk and the phone was ringing off the hook. He went and forward the phones from Target to my other friends cell phone we were meeting once we left there.
We met up with him about 10 minutes later and his phone was blowing up and he was pissed. Every couple of seconds he'd pick up and yell something like "I don't have any f-ing baby strollers!" This went on for about another 30-35 minutes. Then just stopped.
It was funny as hell, but that had to interfere with business pretty bad.

That Was Quick: Justin Timberlake SNL Skit On A T-Shirt
Well that didn't take long at all. The first t-shirt of what is sure to be hundreds is on sale on eBay touting the now internet famous "Junk In A Box" skit from Saturday Night Live. I guess this guy didn't have much better to do during his holidays.

Happy Holidays: Brutal Football Hit
This is a brutal Christmas-day hit on #87 Laveranues Coles by #54 Zack Thomas in the 2nd quarter of the NY Jets vs. Miami Dolphins. The "Happy Holidays" image following the hit is priceless.
Someone in the ESPN replay room has quite a sense of humor.

RFID Zapper - Secure Your Privacy
A fascinating United States Passports led me to do some searching about how people can go about protecting ourselves from potential security breaches posted by this rapidly expanding technology. Here are some fascinating articles:

A Puddle In Africa
This is just unbelievably addictive. There is a live web feed to a watering hole in South Africa.
From Africam.com:
The cam is located at Nkoro Bush Lodge in the prestigious Sabi Sands Game Reserve, bordering the Kruger National Park, in South Africa. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve is named after two rivers that cut through this area, namely the Sabie and Sand River systems. The area is renowned for its wildlife and in particular the big five, lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. It is rated as one of the best reserves in Africa to see these large animals in there natural habitat and in particular leopard. Its not all about the big animals and the Sabi Sands has plenty of other smaller animals that call this place there home. The only thing that is missing is the smell.
UPDATE: I'm watching a herd of hippos fight for access to the water. This is too cool.
